Warranty Returns

If you have an item that you need to return to us due to a fault within its manufacturers standard warranty period please contact us first as we may be able to offer advice or a solution over the telephone or via email (

If in the event you need to post an item back for a warranty claim please include a copy of your receipt together with full details of the problem so as to help us with a speedy return.

We are not able to process a warranty return without the issue of a Warranty Returns Reference Number so pls ensure you contact us first if you have a warranty return. 

Please note some items may need to be returned to the UK manufacturer/distributor for inspection/repair - we will inform you if this is the case.Goods are expected be returned in a well packaged tracked parcel. The cost of this will be reimbursed if the Warranty Claim is upheld.

 If the goods are found to be out of the warranty period we will work with you to find a helpful solution. 

Non Warranty Related Returns Policy

We have a 30-day  standard return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

(The only exception to this time frame is if the item has a warranty related defect within the manufacturers stated statutory warranty policy - pls see above)

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be issued with a returns reference number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage on Receipt

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue with you and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), also flammable oils and lubricants cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item & we will work with you to identify an acceptable solution.

Late Refunds 

If you haven’t received an agreed refund yet, pls check with your specific bank first.

Then contact your credit/debit card company or payment processor (Paypal if you used this method), it may take a few days before your refund is fully processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Returns Shipping

To return your product package item in the original wrapping, clearly mark your returns number on the packaging and send the item back via tracked courier to 13 Harbury Road, Henleaze, Bristol, BS9 4PN.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included with your refund.

Depending on where you live in the UK, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item to our returns department over £40 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company or Payment Processor (Paypal) to process and post the refund too.
